A urine drug screen offers a simple and instant method to detect if there are drug in a patient's system. The urine screen detects Marijuana use for 4-6 weeks, and the period of detection for other drugs is 48 to 78 hours.

Instant urine test have multiple advantages including the fact the results are available within 5 minutes with a CLIA waived instant test. Instant urine tests are also effective for rapid pre-employment hiring decisions, allowing the employer to save valuable time in evaluating job candidates. 

Saliva tests are being used more often as an alternative to urine drug test. They’re easier to administer. The samples, which are collected in full view of the person administering the test, are almost impossible to tamper with.

Fast and Simple Testing Process. Provides quantitative results in less than five minutes using only a saliva sample. Provides a lower cost per test option than breath or alcohol. Perfect for DOT, Post accident, or reasonable suspicion alcohol testing.

If completing a urine drug screen, you’ll need to be able to provide 45 mL or 1.5 fluid ounces of urine sample. Please do not go to the restroom prior to your test. If you can’t provide a full sample once the collection has started, you’ll have three hours to complete a full sample. If you leave during the collection for any reason, this is considered a refusal to test and can hold the same consequences as a positive results to your employer.

Please bring the following items with you for a drug screening:

• A valid (non-expired) picture ID such as a passport, drivers’ license, military ID, employee badge, or any other photo ID that was issued by a federal, state, or local government agency. Identification requires a valid government-issues ID.
• All authorization forms or paperwork from your employer.
