Premium Labs partner with Fieldprint. Fieldprint provides all aspects of the fingerprinting process – from electronic collection to channeling and everything in between. They are one of the few companies authorized by the FBI as a private channeler, allowing us to send fingerprints and receive results directly from the FBI.
BADGE PHOTOGRAPHY AND PROCESSING
Many public and private sector employers and school districts require photo identification badges for employees and contractors to help ensure security. Fieldprint’s badge photography and processing service allows us to quickly and easily capture a digital photo of the applicant via our nationwide network of Livescan sites. We can also produce F.S. 1012.467 compliant badges.
REMOTE PROCESSING SERVICES
To legally onboard remote hires, Fieldprint offers a USCIS-compliant remote I-9 Section 2 completion service. Through our nationwide Fieldprint Remote Service Network, your remote hires can complete their Form I-9 legally, conveniently and efficiently. We can also remotely process other forms such as oaths, policies and notarized documents, as well as collect various fees on your behalf.
INK FINGERPRINTING ON FD-258 CARD
Premium Labs provides convenient ink fingerprinting services at our office.
Upon arriving, we’ll provide you with an FD-258 card to fill out. If you have your own card or need fingerprints on another document, we’ll print you on that. After the prints are taken, we’ll hand the card back to you. The process is quick, taking about 15 minutes from start to finish!
Fingerprinting costs $30 for two cards if you bring your own and $32 if you use our cards. Please bring a valid government-issued ID, as it is required for identification purposes.
